I would like to send a mail to Dr. Usha Sriram. I am unable to get any link from the web site. If some one can help me, I would be grateful.
As I am diagonised for Hyper Thyrodism, I would like to get her opinion before commencing any medication. Moreover I would like to know whether I would be able to see her during my vacation commencing from June 11th 2009.
Kindly advise on the above.

Dear Mam, My father have diabetes problem since 1990.Naw a days he have heart and eye problems.He started to giving Human mixtard 50/50 insuline but it does not work. His blood sugar fasting is 170 and pp is 340. thatswhy I want to meet with you for consulting.
